We (Jacqueline Joyce LLC) use Wix.com as an e-commerce service provider. We also use Google services to help us understand and improve our users' experience. These services collect data about your computer system and how you interact with our website, including how you navigate to, through, and away from it. Website Forms

We collect and store any non-financial information you submit to us through a form on our website. This can include personal information such as name, birthday, contact information, purchase history, preferences, etc. The main reason for this is to provide you with the service(s) you are requesting and to offer a high quality customer service experience. Though some forms on our website give you the opportunity to pay for services, and even store credit card information, we never see your financial details. These are stored securely by our merchant.

Emails

Emails that you receive from us, particularly mass emails, are tracked by our service provider in ways similar to how the your interactions with the website are tracked. Information is gathered about your computer system, email platform, if you've opened the email or not and how you interact with elements in the email. Although we generally only use this information in a statistical way, for example to determine what percentage of the emails sent were read, the information gathered is tied to your email address and therefore not entirely anonymous. In Store Purchases

Our in-store purchasing solution or point-of-sale (POS) software is also provided by Wix.com and integrated with our online store. If you make a purchase in our physical store, the corresponding data may be stored in our online platform in the same way as if you'd made a purchase in our online store. If you choose to provide the checkout person with your email address your in-store purchases will be associated with your account. This helps us more efficiently manage sales and inventory. It provides a more fluid customer experience, as well, offering members of our website access to their combined purchase history both online and in the store.

Privacy and Security

Although, we would not actively give or sell information about you to a third party without your permission, our relationship with the third party services listed above may constitute a 'sale' in some states. If online privacy is a serious concern for you, you many call or email us to order products and services offline or if you checkout at our retail location, simply do not provide your name and email address.
